Prior to ALL of this mess, the bussing was happening. In 2010, it was decided by neighbouring states that Bloomington Indiana had the social support for released prisoners. They bussed them all to this town, and the homeless population (and difficulties, therein) has exploded. Ex-prisoners from Ohio, Michigan & Illinois are all bussed to this town.
They have one setting: DESTROY.

City manager phone is 307-235-8224 I'm on hold right now with my call to them. And yeah, no doubt Billings is on tap for the vile Deep State. Haven't heard about Cheyenne being attacked yet - wonder why.
